You have questions. I have answers.

F.A.Q

Is this your work?

It sure is! Every design and illustration you see in my store came from my own brain.

Do you take commissions/custom work?

No. But also, yes. I’m very selective about the custom work I take on. I try to limit myself to ensure I don’t get too burnt out!

I have this really cool idea for my state. Can you make it for me?

Maybe! Fees for custom work can vary depending on your needs. For instance, a custom illustration or design would be one price. If you need the custom design + merch (stickers, pins, etc) that would include the price for the artwork AND the cost of manufacturing and shipping. Please reach out to me at hello@pixelandinkcreative.com to discuss more.

Where can I find your work near me?

You can find a list of retailers my here. I do my best to update my list of shops at least twice a year. If a shop is on my list, that doesn’t necessarily mean they will have what you need in stock. If there’s something specific you need to buy RIGHT NOW, send me a message or DM! I’ll do what I can to help you find it!

When will my order ship?

I do my very best to get orders shipped out as soon as possible, usually within 2 business days. I appreciate quick shipping and I know you do too!

You can read the full shipping policy here.

Have you considered…?

Unfortunately, I consider about 20 new things a day! Living with this brain is exhausting.

If you have an idea for something you would like to see me draw and bring to life, you’re more than welcome to reach out. Just know I’ve been doing this a LONG time. I’ve gotten pretty good at knowing what will sell well. So if I don’t make your thing, it’s probably has nothing to do with your idea. I’m just not in the habit of wasting my time (and money!) on things I know my audience won’t love as much as you do.

I need a lot of _____? Can I order a bunch?

Sure! If you own a physical retail space, please contact me about wholesale or follow this link to shop wholesale on Faire.

If you need a bunch of something for a subscription box or gifts (teacher appreciation, employee gifts, conference, etc.) please contact me via email with further details.

What’s the deal with your shirts, mugs, and tote bags?

For those items, I use what is called Print on Demand service. I work with a company out of North Carolina to have those products made. If you order anything in this category, they will ship separately from all other products. In this case, you will get 2 tracking numbers: one from me and one from my printing company when fulfillment is complete.

Once upon a time, I used to order them in bulk, but they take up so much room! P.O.D items are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
